The Škoda Kushaq is now available for bookings in the Nepalese market. So, if you are interested in the Škoda Kushaq, you simply have to head over to the automaker’s official website by clicking here.The Kushaq will be available in three variants: Style, Active, and Ambition. And, it will likely be priced between Rs 50 Lakh to Rs 65 Lakh in the Nepalese market.
In the Nepalese market, the Škoda Kushaq will be offered in a 1.0-liter petrol engine only. The 115hp 1.0-litre TSI engine that delivers a maximum torque of 178 Nm will be available with a 6-speed manual or torque converter auto gearbox.
The Škoda Kushaq has a length of 4,225mm, a width of 1,760mm, and a height of 1,612mm. Furthermore, the SUV has a 188mm ground clearance and a 2,651mm wheelbase. The Kushaq’s boot room is 385 liters, but it can be expanded to 1,405 liters by folding the seats. Candy White, Honey Orange, Brilliant Silver, Carbon Steel, and Tornado Red are the five color choices available.
The Kushaq gets a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system (seven-inch screen on lower trims) with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Automatic climate control, an all-digital instrument panel, a two-spoke multi-function steering wheel, a panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting, a tablet pocket, tweeters, and subwoofers, etc.
Depending upon the variants, the Škoda Kushaq has up to six airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, hill-hold control (optional), automatic headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, tire pressure monitoring system, multi-collision brake, ISOFIX child seat mounts, and a rear-view camera, etc. All variants get disc brakes upfront and drum brakes at the rear.
It will compete with the likes of the Kia Seltos, Hyundai Creta, Renault Duster, Nissan Kicks, and the upcoming Volkswagen Taigun.
